Please note that local taxes, customs and duties may occur.
All hair extensions are final sale, exchange only on unopened hair.
Mon Kossa invisible Lace are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application and the lace will not work properly. Please use a certified professional to ensure that your lace is applied correctly. Mon Kossa will not refund any orders for issues with bad applied lace.
Mon Kossa will only speak with professional hairstylists with valid cosmetology license for all issues regarding invisible lace.

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Mon Kossa, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Mon Kossa for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Mon Kossa as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Mon Kossa and will not be shared with other third parties. Please read also Privacy policy.

Payment

All products remain to Mon Kossa property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Mon Kossa.

All transfers conducted through Mon Kossa are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Gift Card & MK points

All the gift cards can only be used via Mon Kossa unless we say otherwise. Gift cards are non-refundable. The gift card made by Mon Kossa has an expire date of 1 year after purchased date.

MK Points can be used as a way to save up points to purchase your desired items. If you start with the MK points, it will be seen as MK points and viewed in your account. You need to buy our products at least once via regular payment known as direct payment. Before you can use our MK points. We do this for first time buyers to get to know our products. Once you purchased MK points, you can’t get a refund on your MK points.

Once you purchased an item with our MK points. You can’t refund the item. The rules of the return policy is not applicable on the MK points.

At the event of when a product is sold out, Mon Kossa has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Mon Kossa shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
